The story behindthe fluency.
Altairis didn't arrive at mortgage through the usual door.
She started her career in relationship banking at a major FDIC institution — client-facing, detail-oriented, learning early what it means to be the person someone trusts with their financial life. From there she moved into real estate, eventually founding Floridism Real Estate, one of South Florida's emerging boutiques, built on the same client-first standard she carried from banking.
Long before she was licensed as a loan officer, she was one of Olympus's most active referral partners — coordinating multiple transactions a month alongside Josh, understanding the financing side at a level most agents never bother to reach. That relationship was built through real work over real time. Years of it.
Getting her LO license was the natural conclusion. She already knew the process, the players, and the standard. Now her clients don't have to trust a stranger with the financing — they get the same person who's been in their corner from the start.
Altairis operates across real estate and lending with a fluency that only comes from having lived in both worlds. Banking taught her how to handle people's financial trust. Real estate taught her how deals actually move. Mortgage is where both come together.
Relationship banking. Real estate brokerage. Mortgage lending. She understands your deal from every angle — because she's worked every side of it.
