behind the company.

Josh didn't stumble into mortgage. He chose it.

After building a foundation in enterprise technology sales at IBM — consultative, high-stakes, relationship-driven — Josh hit a ceiling that had nothing to do with his performance. At a company that size, the gap between a top producer and an average one didn't show up in your paycheck. Time was the only currency that moved the needle, and that was never going to be enough.

Mortgage fixed that instantly. Every skill IBM built — reading people, understanding long-term needs, structuring complex solutions — translated directly. He became a top-producing loan officer quickly, and spent the next several years inside every kind of shop that existed: large retail lenders with great technology and suffocating overlays, boutique brokers with incredible pricing and outdated systems, branch models that promised autonomy and delivered bureaucracy.
