Tyler and Josh go back further than Olympus.
When Josh left corporate America to go full-time in mortgage, Tyler was making the same move. Their paths had stayed parallel for years — Tyler building serious operational chops managing a team of high-producing loan officers at one of the highest-volume shops in the Northbrook, Illinois market. By the time Olympus launched, he didn't need a learning curve. He plugged in as Josh's right hand from day one.
His title is Managing Director. What that actually means is that Tyler is the bridge between origination and processing, between sales and operations, between a deal that stalls and a deal that closes. He's the person loan officers call when something gets complicated — and the reason most things don't get complicated in the first place.
What defines Tyler isn't systems or credentials — it's his genuine commitment to doing the right thing. Not in an abstract way. At the level where he'll push the company to eat a cost before it ever touches a client. That standard runs through everything he touches.
