Any rates, payments, or terms mentioned anywhere on this site are illustrations only. They are not quotes, not offers, and not available to every borrower. Messaging terms
Program description. If you opt in to receive text messages from Olympus Financial, LLC, you may receive texts related to an inquiry or application you have already started with us: appointment reminders, application status updates, document requests, and closing coordination. Under this borrower program, we do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Separate terms for the Olympus Realtor Portal text program appear below.
How to opt in. You opt in by checking the consent box under the pre-qualification lead form on our homepage, or by providing similar affirmative consent when you initiate contact with us. Consent is not a condition of any loan or purchase.
Age restriction. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and application activity.
Costs. Msg & data rates may apply. Standard message and data charges from your wireless carrier will apply.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any Olympus text to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. You may also revoke consent by telling us on a call or emailing info@olympusfinancial.co. Olympus honors revocation within 10 business days.
Carrier disclaimer. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers. Available on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and Cricket.

Olympus Realtor Portal text messages (real estate professionals)
Program. Olympus Financial, LLC (NMLS #2469800) sends recurring marketing and informational text messages to licensed real estate professionals who sign up for the free Olympus Realtor Portal and check the optional "Text me" box. Messages come from your assigned Olympus loan officer and may include portal welcome and activation notes, tips for using the buyer estimate tool, offers to walk through the tool, confirmations when you send us a client, and check-ins. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
How to opt in. Check the unchecked "Text me" box on the Realtor Portal sign-up form. Consent is not a condition of joining the portal or of any purchase.
Age. You must be 18 or older.
Frequency. Msg frequency varies.
Costs. Msg & data rates may apply.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any Olympus text to opt out; you'll get one confirmation text and no further texts. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, call 888-709-4880, or email info@olympusfinancial.co. You may also revoke consent on a call or by email; Olympus honors revocation within 10 business days.
Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Olympus Realtor Portal: Terms of Use and Disclosures
The Olympus Realtor Portal is a free marketing and education tool for licensed real estate professionals, provided by Olympus Financial LLC, NMLS #2469800, 7170 Promenade Dr Ste 301, Boca Raton, FL 33433. Equal Housing Opportunity.
Estimates only. Results are illustrative estimates based solely on the hypothetical figures you enter and Olympus's dated assumptions. They are not a loan application, prequalification, pre-approval, loan offer, rate quote, or commitment to lend, and must not be represented to any buyer as such. Actual loan terms and eligibility depend on a full application, credit review, verification, underwriting, and property review.
No application. Using the portal does not start a loan application for you or anyone else. Do not enter any buyer's name, Social Security number, date of birth, address, account numbers, or other identifying information.
Free and no referral obligation. Access is free and offered on the same terms to every licensed agent. It is not conditioned on referring business to Olympus, and no fee, credit, gift, or other thing of value is paid or given for referrals. Your clients are free to choose any lender.
Licensing. Loan products are available only where Olympus and its loan officers are licensed. Availability varies by state and borrower.
Contact. By creating an account, you agree we may email you about your account and the portal. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Text messages are sent only if you separately opt in.
Privacy. See our Privacy Policy https://olympusfinancial.co/privacy/. We keep your profile while your account is active and for 24 months after your last login, then delete or anonymize it, except opt-out and consent records, which we keep to honor your choices.
Termination. We may suspend accounts for misuse. You may close your account at any time from your Account page or by emailing info@olympusfinancial.co.

Where we lend
Olympus Financial, LLC originates loans only in states where we hold an active license: Florida, Colorado, Georgia, Texas, and Illinois. Nothing on this site is an offer to lend in any other state. Our state license numbers and required state disclosures are on our Licensing & Disclosures page.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
